After many years of trading in the region, the hardest aspect of achieving success in our business was TIME and STAFF.
After discussions with various business owners and operators in the region, we found this to be the most common problem with all businesses.
When you start a business, there is always unexpected problems. But to get an independent view, you can either ask your friends, customer, or your accountant or solicitor. All who have a vested interest in your business. If you seek professional help, they spend more of your time to produce graphs and information that looks great on paper, but is of little practical assistance. All at a very high cost.
So we have developed an independent way of looking at businesses, from a practical and experienced operators view.
And our charges are extremely competitive and affordable by any operator.
If you do seek our assistance, we come to your business unknown to you or your staff. We look at your business from a customers point of view. We then send you a report detailing what we found, and how we feel we can assist you. If you feel we can be of assistance you then contact us.
We then charge you on an hourly basis and along with our reports we send you a detailed account for all work we have carried out. There are no hidden costs or charges. If after each report we have carried out you then wish to terminate our services, there is no further hassles or charges. You request and control our services and charges.
If there is a particular area you want us to examine, we do as you request. If we are unable to assist you, we will try and find a means to advise you in solving the problem.
